Your responsibilities will include tracking priorities, managing correspondence, and coordinating tasks to enhance productivity. This dynamic role goes beyond managing professional tasks; its about creating a profound impact on the productivity and achievements of our Managing Director.We are seeking a dynamic, go-getter woman who can work proactively like an Executive Business Partner to the Managing Director. Your primary focus will be to serve as the unwavering pillar of support for our Managing Director as we expand our business operations in North America, Europe, and South Asia.Desired Applicant Profile, Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in relevant fields.
  • Prior experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in Business Operations is preferred.
  • Physically fit, agile, and health-conscious.
  • Jovial, friendly, approachable, presentable and image-conscious with a modern outlook and awareness of the corporate & business world.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Event management skills are a plus.
  • Should be able to handle personal tasks of the Managing Director, such as financial investments and day-to-day activities.
  • Experience in organizing internal training programs.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Coordinate recruitment of personnel for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for effective communication.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Handle personal tasks for the Managing Director, including financial investments and day-to-day activities.
  • Organize and coordinate official events with full ownership.
  • Organize internal training programs and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes.
