- Plan Inventory Norms & ensure adherence
- Plan Logistics resources & optimising resources based on vehicle production.
- Parts arrangement for PP1/PP2 lots after 4M audit
- Maintain zero Obsolesce after New Model changeoverA Day in the life-Inventory Turn off Ratio monitoring
- Truck requirement against prod. plan-No delay of new Model projects due to parts availability
