Job Responsibilities :

Consolidating Grade-wise / Customer wise Demand Plan from all RO's.


# Tracking site-wise availability of feed-stock.


# Preparing Site-wise Material Balance.


# Preparing production plan based on opening stock and also taking into account substitute grades.


# Scheduling of production based on sales cycle and safety stock.


# Circulation of Production plan & revise production plan to all concerns.


# Allocation of grades as per RO grade wise plan / customer priority.


# Tracking grade wise lifting by RO's.


# Management of Inventory at plant / depot - so there is no loss of sales.


# Depletion of ageing stock / slow moving grades.


# Blocking / releasing mapped lots for key customers.


# Ensuring FIFO sales.


# Tracking monthly Bud v/s Actual.


# Monitoring customer-wise / RO-wise sales against budget / MOU.




Education Requirement :

B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering / B. Com + Formal SCM Education


Experience Requirement :

2 to 5 years of relevant experience
