Roles and Responsibilities:
\xef\x81\xac You can visit our Restaurant Partners in the Field.
\xef\x81\xac Provide service and customer support during field visits.
\xef\x81\xac Install our POS software in their System / Device.
\xef\x81\xac Give training about our product to our client.
\xef\x81\xac Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions to resolve their
queries.
\xef\x81\xac Build positive relationships with customers.
\xef\x81\xac Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
\xef\x81\xac Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network
configuration.
\xef\x81\xac Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
\xef\x81\xac Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a
technical issue
\xef\x81\xac Ensure all issues are properly logged.
\xef\x81\xac Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help
Desk Technician or similar role
\xef\x81\xac Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
\xef\x81\xac Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
\xef\x81\xac Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
\xef\x81\xac Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
\xef\x81\xac Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
\xef\x81\xac Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
\xef\x81\xac Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
Experience Range: 0 - 5 years
Educational Qualifications: -BCA in Computers, -B.Tech/B.E in IT,
