Responsibilities :- Relationships with clients : Cultivate relationships with clients over phone call, helping them navigate finding the best way to finance their requirements with loans against mutual funds.- Sales : Demonstrate outstanding selling, pitching, and communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of the product to clients.- Extreme Ownership : Take full responsibility for driving sales targets, demonstrating accountability and initiative in every aspect of the role.- Speed Matters : Execute tasks with agility and efficiency, ensuring swift and responsive service to both clients and internal stakeholders.- Raise the Bar : Set high standards for yourself and your team, constantly striving for excellence in performance, innovation, and customer service.Requirements :- Proficient in English & Hindi.- Excellent communication skills & articulation.- Minimum 2 years of experience in telephonic sales.- Any graduate.- Based out of Bangalore/Open to relocate to Bangalore.- Work from office.- Basic knowledge about EMIs, loans, stock market & mutual funds.
