We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our equipment portfolio, including crushers and crusher plants.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Executive for construction equipment, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales of our crusher products--such as jaw crushers, stone crushers, cone crushers, and crusher plants. You will work closely with both new and existing clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and contribute to the overall sales strategy for our growing product line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development:
• Identify and target potential clients in industries such as construction, mining, quarrying, and aggregate production.
• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell jaw crushers, stone crushers, cone crushers, and crusher plants.
• Establish relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, procurement teams, and senior executives.
• Client Management:
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients regarding the best crusher equipment for their specific needs.
• Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure timely and effective after-sales service.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Prepare customized quotes and negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
• Follow up with leads and maintain an active pipeline to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the sales manager.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activities and progress.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and leads generation activities.
• Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure product specifications and features meet customer expectations.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay up to date with developments in the construction and equipment industries, specifically in the crusher market.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build a robust network of contacts.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:
• Proven track record of at least 1 years in sales, preferably in construction, mining, or heavy equipment sales.
• Experience selling crushers, stone crushers, cone crushers, jaw crushers, and related equipment is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of the construction and mining industries, with a focus on crushing and screening equipment.
• Knowledge of the technical specifications, applications, and benefits of various crusher models and plants.
• Sales Skills:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Ability to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Work Location: In person
