The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that all clients receive top-tier service in planning and booking their travel experiences.Job Responsibilities:- Sales Generation: Actively generate new leads, close sales, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets for travel packages, flight tickets, holiday tours, and other related products.- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Follow up on inquiries, provide detailed travel information, and offer personalized recommendations.- Travel Planning & Coordination: Assist clients in planning their trips, from selecting destinations to booking flights, accommodations, and tours. Ensure smooth coordination of all travel arrangements.- Product Knowledge: Keep up to date with the company's offerings, packages, and promotions, ensuring detailed knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and travel services.- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel, ensuring client satisfaction, managing issues, and addressing any complaints professionally.- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client interactions, bookings, and sales performance in the CRM system.
