Launched in 2011, under the registered name Celebrities Management Private Limited, Our client is broadcast across more than 25+ countries and viewed in over 91 million TV homes across North America, Europe, MENA & the Asia Pacific.The Job:- Interact with premium clients and understand their requirements- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.- Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.- Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance.- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.- Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.- Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals. - Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targetsIdeal Candidate:- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.- You have working knowledge of Negotiation, Communication, Decision Making, Time management, Travel Product Knowledge and Interpersonal Skills- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments- You are a strong networker & relationship builder- A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
