This is an exciting opportunity for one of our clients based in Pune. It is a start-up that is creating a category in the real estate industry. We are looking for dynamic individuals with experience in B2B Sales, specifically Builders, Interior Decorators, Architects, POP Contractors, etc.Potential Clients Repository :- Gather information about potential clients and maintain an internal repository of the same.- Ensure that the internal database is reviewed and updated periodically.- Identify the right contact person/s in the client organization.- Create and maintain a rapport/relationship with the concerned person in the client organization.Client Interactions :- Meet clients regularly and keep checking the possibility for the sale.Product Awareness/Category Creation :- Educate clients about the product including technical details and other relevant information.- Understand client projects and suggest solutions that involve our product.- Create awareness amongst client communityProposals and follow-ups :- Based on client inputs, create proposals and submit to the client post internal review with the CEO.- Follow-up with the client for closure and onboarding.
