-Attractive Salary & BenefitsOur client, with over 15 years of experience in the property industry, offer a professional and comprehensive property service to those clients who appreciate the benefits of dealing with one reliable point of contact through all facets of property transactions.The JobYou will be responsible for :- Managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.- All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.- Establishing strong best practies and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.- Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.Ideal CandidateYou have at least 1 year experience within a Corporate Real Estate / Facilities Management or Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate, Retail Banking and Venture Capital / Private Equity industry.You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders (ref:updazz.com)
