Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve our revenue goals. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to foster long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to provide updates and discuss opportunities.
• Sales Execution:
• Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Mentor and coach junior sales team members to enhance their performance.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
• Set and monitor performance metrics for the sales team.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and report on sales performance, including metrics and KPIs.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
• Utilize CRM tools and data to drive decision-making and optimize sales processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
