Industry Preference: Liquor/Alcohol Responsibilities :- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our diverse portfolio of liquor brands.- Develop and manage relationships with key accounts, distributors in the assigned territory.- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities.- Act as a brand ambassador for our products, ensuring brand visibility and awareness through effective marketing strategies.- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain strong and lasting customer relationships.- Prepare regular sales reports, forecast future sales trends, and provide insights to the management team.- Work closely with the Sales head to ensure correct stock levels are available from central distribution area, to assist the operational beverage team.Qualifications/Knowledge, Necessary Skill, Experience, and abilities requirement :- Bachelor\'s degree in Sales/marketing, or a related field. MBA is preferred.- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record in the liquor industry.- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.- In-depth knowledge of liquor products, industry trends, and local regulations.- Ability to analyze sales data and market information to make informed decisions.- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.- High level of business acumen and financial management skills.- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed.
