Job Title: Sales Executive



• We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-focused Sales Executive to manage our small gift shop, located within Kinder Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, customer service, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations
• Manage day-to-day operations of the gift shop, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels, track sales, and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure shop appearance, display, and merchandising meet hospital standards.
• Sales:
• Develop and implement promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs to drive sales.
• Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

• - 1-2 years of experience in retail operations, sales..
• - Basic computer skills (MS Office, Point of Sale systems).

Qualifications:

• - Any degree / Diploma in Hospital Administration or Marketing, or related field.
• - Experience in sales or retail management.
