Sales Revenue Target Planning, Analysis & Execution 70
1. Achieve 100% of agreed revenue numbers
2. Analyze the Market potential of respective territory in terms of Market size, Market Growth rate, Competition,
Profitability, Consumer and Product Type and to make
Market classification based on Market potential.
3. COVERAGE - Arrive at a meticulous coverage plan and adhere to coverage schedule as per plan to achieve sales results
4. ACCESS - Develop and execute account-based strategy as per the regional potential and the years revenue plan.
Ensure rate contracts with key accounts as per plan. Ensure optimal distribution framework.
5. MARKETING -Work with the marketing team to arrive at a strategic marketing, event participation and CMEs in the region. Ensure the budgetary limits are met.
6. PROMOTIONS - Develop and execute a clear promotion plan for the region based on regional practices and market segmentation. Ensure this aligns with the overall strategy for the region and sales targets.
Rates 1. Ensure effective and most favorable rates in rate contracts. 10
2. Constantly endeavor to get rates commensurate with the quality and performance of the products.
Customer 1. Ensure regular meetings with the Existing KOL's and also 10
Identify the New Potential KOL's in the respective
Relationship Territories.
2. Develop personalized approach to product sales and promotion.
3. Build relationships with upcoming influencers and decision makers in each account including purchase personnel. Build relationships with a long-term perspective.
4. Follow up on customers to ensure they are satisfied with product/service received.
Team 1. To ensure, Competent Sales Executives are Selected and 10 deployed in their respective territory.
Management/ 2. To Plan and organize required training for all the Executives
Team work in the territory to achieve the required Skills and
Competencies.
3. To plan for and track effective work distribution of all the executives in order to achieve the desired targets monthly, quarterly and annually.
4. Ensure a good team working environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
