:1. Pitch our services and develop relationships with prospects received through emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.2. This is a senior role which demands only inbound sales to be taken care of, not outdoor activities or making outbound calls.3. Explore and recommend new opportunities and service improvements by keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends in our industry.4. Take responsibility for mistakes and correct behaviour, get tasks done on time and with quality, keep learning about the product every day.5. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.6. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction by keeping active communication with the operations team.7. Sustain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and continuously improve through feedback.8.
