The purpose of your role will be to driving H-D business in assigned city, state with direct functional engagement & shared cross functional engagement:

- Channel & Related - DirectlyA purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Driving Business Unit Performance & Deliverables - Sales (Volume & Market Share) for designated locations
• Achieve dealer wise sales volume and market share plans for the year and also periodic (monthly)
• Lead generation to maintain adequate pipeline
• Scout and meet prospects for future dealerships
• Drive the enrichment of customer experience at all dealerships

• BE/ B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing
• 4-5 years of experience in Channel sales with automotive OEM

• Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
