Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for field to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive revenue growth. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Development :
• Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
• Cold call, email, or meet with prospective clients to discuss product offerings and understand their needs.
• Relationship Building :
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Sales Presentations :
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
• Customize presentations and proposals to meet the specific needs of the client.
• Negotiation & Closing :
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
• Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Sales Reporting & Forecasting :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
• Forecast sales targets and track progress toward meeting them.
• Collaboration :
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new leads and campaigns.
• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth post-sale service.
• Market Knowledge :
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience :
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role 1-3 years
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Personal Attributes :
