Graduate in Electronics2. 8-15 years experience in sales & marketing of electrical /Industrialelectronics products.3. Should have experience working with OEM, EPCs, CPMs & End users.4. Good communication Skills.5. Good Presentation Skills6. Fluency in MS Office- Word, Excel, PPTs.7. Willingness to travel.Responsibilities1. Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales target in the assigned region.2. Visiting existing /potential customers & consultants on a regular basis.3. Negotiate/close sales & handle complaints.4. Perform regular status reviews & propose recovery/redirection plans, wherever required5. To identify & drive the development of new Sales opportunities in the designated market ensure know-how sharing & cross-collaboration.6. To arrange training programs & presentation to key customers & consultants in the region.7. Establish & maintain healthy relationships with customer & channel partner.8. Product approval from OEM, Consultants & utilities.9. Daily & monthly MIS reporting using CRM.10.
