Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation:- Identify and approach potential customers, including parents, schools, and educational institutions.- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals.2. Sales Pitch & Presentation:- Effectively present the features and benefits of the company's smart tutoring solutions.- Conduct product demonstrations and explain how the solutions meet customer needs.3. Customer Engagement:- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to build trust and rapport.- Act as a liaison between customers and the company to ensure smooth onboarding.4. Sales Targets & Reporting:- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team.5. Market Research:- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.Key Requirements:Education & Experience:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).2. [6-3] years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.Skills & Competencies :1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.2. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.3.
