- Leadership Role- Opportunity to make a positive impact- Our client is working consistently towards creating value for our customers and suppliers with a mission to impact millions of Life\'s to do business in with ease through car rental services.The Job :You will be responsible for :- Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.- Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives- Identify and target potential clients in the Car Rental Field , including corporate clients, travel agencies,.- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.- Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients.- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements with clients to maximize profitability while meetings clients needs.- Prepare and present car rental contracts, ensuring all terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.- Providing pricing and contract support by providing the sales team with high-quality and - competitive proposals.- Monitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.- Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.Ideal Candidate :- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales/Account Executive role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics and Hospitality industry.- You have working knowledge of corporate sale and car rental sale- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data (ref:updazz.com)
