Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our sales team in Indore, Ahmedabad, or Jaipur. The candidate should have a background in the Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Paints, Furniture, or Plywood industries and will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Architecture, Interior, Construction, Furniture, Paints, or Plywood sectors.- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, targeting potential clients.- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits.- Present product offerings and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features tailored to their needs.- Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client experiences.- Stay up to date on industry developments, competitor activities, and product knowledge.Required Skills :- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and handle a client portfolio.- Proactive and self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.- Basic understanding of the Architecture, Interior, or Construction industries.- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.Preferred Skills :- Familiarity with local market dynamics in Indore, Ahmedabad, or Jaipur.- Knowledge of the products and services related to Paints, Furniture, Plywood, or Construction Materials.
