It is your one stop certified used car dealer for buying used cars in Bangalore. :Sales Executive : Sales executive would be responsible for Building Sales through various Channels, ensure smooth deliveries to customers and maintaining healthy relationships with customers.Minimum Requirements :\xc2\xa0- At least 1+ years of working experience in the field of SALES. (Experience in Automobile industry is preferred, other industries are also acceptable)- Should know how to drive a car- Should have a valid 2-wheeler and 4 wheeler driving license- Should have a two wheeler- Should be presentable, and highly self-motivated- Should know how to use a computerResponsibility Deliverable :1. Sourcing leads, Data Mining2. Follow Ups and Customer Meetings3. Negotiation and Deal Closures4. Coordinating commitments for Delivery of Cars5. Develop Business Knowledge and management skills to grow into Sales ManagerTasks & Activities :Sourcing Leads and Data Mining :1. Checking car condition, specification sheets and stock layout at store2. Taking Photos and Uploading Cars on websites3. Maintaining healthy customer relationships for references4. Getting customers to give positive reviews on online platformsFollow Ups and Customer Meetings :\xc2\xa01. Data Entry of Leads2. Customer Calls, and Co-ordination for Visits3. Data Entry of Follow ups4. Showing Customer the Cars matching his requirement and Sharing all product information5. Checking other dealer stock sheets and exploring cross-sell optionsNegotiation and Deal Closures :1. Price Negotiations and deal finalization (after price approvals from management)2. Preparing necessary documents for the dealCoordinating Commitments for Delivery of Cars :1. Communication on refurbishment commitments to team members2. Check the car before delivery day3. Helping customer to complete payments4. Deliver the car to the customer with signatures on necessary documents5. Customer feedback after one weekFilling up all reports for above activities as directed by managementDevelop Business Knowledge and management skills to grow into Sales ManagerMeasurement Metrics:1.
