Job Description

• Promote travel products and services to existing and potential clients.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the travel agency.
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel documents.
• Process payments and ensure all financial transactions are handled securely.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other travel consultants and team members to share knowledge and best practices.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators, to negotiate rates and secure bookings.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
