Role Description
Job Purpose
The role is that of administrative personnel who is responsible for providing end to end support to the project sales team by means of support in business related applications, establishing new process/systems in project sales units in APG, ratification of sale transactions and accurate calculation of incentives/loyalty programs and assist Brand Managers as and when required, thereby assisting in achieving business objectives
Primary Responsibilities
Business Applications Support
Provide technical support to on-field sales team on various transactions in IT platforms like CRM, SAP PRD and HANA
Implementation and regularization of C4C across all the APG units
Help Unit on dynamic requirements from various stakeholders in terms of ch 20, ship to party, rebate definition, fsm management, foresight management, customized SKU codes, handle territory reallocation and SKU price revision based. Also, implement new process/system across all the APG project sales units.
Ratification and Index
Ratify channel level sale transactions with accuracy as per the defined timelines
Resolve technical errors during the process of ratification and ensure accurate data upload in system
Complete index management and creation of dashboard for APG Project sales units
Data and Reports
Application support within defined TAT
100% ratification of sale transactions
Sharing of reports as per defined timelines
Settlement of vendor payments within defined timelines
Error free Incentive calculation and timely payout
Prepare and share various reports with hierarchy related to Project Sales Value and Volume figures
Collect data related to budget and populate data
Collect data from units at regular intervals to arrive at common data points across all the units
Assist Brand Managers and APG Project Sales Units
Aid Brand Managers in Project Sales through timely settlement of invoices for various services availed
Conduct testing of newly developed IT applications before rollout on the field
Training sales team for the usage of IT applications
Incentive Calculation
Keep a track of incentive settlement across all the units
Loyalty program Management
Maintenance of Loyalty program tracker and data update centrally
Ensure timely settlement of gifts to eligible applicators within the defined timelines by coordinating with the units Dynamic
Need base work areas for the units
Key Interactions
Internal Projects Sales (Admin and functional head), Marketing, IT and Commercial Team External Applicators, Vendors
