Job Description

Prepare and maintain HQ-wise MIS reports for sales tracking and analysis. Manage and consolidate both primary and secondary sales data. Share HQ-wise sales reports with the respective managers on a regular basis. Oversee the planning and live tracking of field staff tour plans. Handle attendance records and upload the DML (Doctor Master List) accurately. Perform timely addition and deletion of doctors in the database. Create new employee IDs and manage employee onboarding data. Maintain and update the SFC (Standard Fare Chart) details for field operations. Provide training and user support for the Hi Doctor software. Collect and compile data for sales review reports to support business decisions. Manage and track expense sheets for field operations (ongoing). Maintain the Director's MIS dashboard for high-level reporting. Organize and coordinate regular sales review meetings. Collect stock reports and statements from the field team for inventory management. Share lists of missing doctors with field staff through regular email communication. Address and resolve queries related to the HRMS software platform.
