Salary - 20-30k (CTC)Gender - Male/FemaleDay Shift : 11-7 SLOT :- Generate Sales, Calling and Meeting face to face- Manage incoming phone calls- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.- Researching prospects and generating leads.- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.- Building and maintaining a CRM database.- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Participating in sales team meetings- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Meet personal/sales team targets and call handling quotas- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies- Take the extra mile to engage customersPreferred Candidate profile :- Graduate- Proven sales/customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening and communication skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices- Comfortable for inter state travel- Comfortable with target base job- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively (ref:updazz.com)
