Job Description


  • Responsible for the entire life cycle of all the employees for the assigned branch or cluster. Recruitment: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling recruitment of Mid-level & Junior level for lending businesses through various sources. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage closures for manpower gap within assigned TAT. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining employee referral data and preparing monthly MIS for the same.
  • Raise salary fitments for approvals and offer generations. Operations: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Joining Documentations and salary processing\xe2\x80\x99s for new hires. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate for Employee Code generations for new joinees. Performance Management System \xe2\x80\xa2 Collating data and maintaining trackers for PMS process.
Employee Engagement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct employee engagement activities for Employees across branches. Exit Formalities \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting Exit interview for employees of Focus department \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing F & F details & guiding for PF related queries. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handling employee queries and grievances and ensure solutions in assured time limit. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for overall process efficiency.

  • Quick decision making capacity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing Business requirements and closures in TAT
