Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in recruitment processes : Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Interview coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database : Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and application statuses.
• Candidate communication : Engage with candidates to provide updates on their application status and interview feedback.
• Administrative support : Handle administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree- Any field & Good MS office skills
• Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attitude : Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a proactive team player.
