This position involves working as part of XS CAD's dedicated Training & Recruitment Division, which is focused on creating skills for the new-age sector of pre-construction and virtual construction technologies.
The job profile involves the following roles and responsibilities:
• Understand job profiles and critical requirements of in-house and external clients
• Plan the sourcing of required resources using job portals, walk-in interviews, advertisements, employee referrals, institutes, consultants, etc.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting top talent in the engineering and construction industry
• Conduct interviews and assessments, managing the full recruitment cycle
• Collaborate with hiring managers and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Prepare job descriptions, conduct interviews, evaluate job candidates until selection with regular follow-up until they join
• Maintain a database and various interviews records
• Build applicant sources/strong network to hire candidates in larger numbers
Qualifications & Experience Required
1+ years in recruitment activities

Any one of the following qualifications will be acceptable:
• MBA
• PGDHR with relevant work experience
Diploma in HR Management with relevant work experience

Compensation:
