Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Recruiter with extensive experience in the GCC market, specializing in non-IT recruitment . This role involves identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier professionals for executive-level roles in industries such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, and Business Services. While based remotely in Cochin, the recruiter will collaborate closely with our Dubai office and clients across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
• •Talent Acquisition: •
• Source, evaluate, and engage candidates for executive and senior management roles across various non-IT industries in the GCC.
• Develop talent pipelines and maintain a robust network of high-profile professionals.
• •Client Engagement: •
• Work closely with the Dubai office to understand client needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies.
• Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.
• •Candidate Evaluation: •
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Prepare comprehensive candidate profiles and recommendations for client review.
• •Market Research: •
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent movement within the GCC region.
• •Operational Coordination: •
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of GCC recruitment experience in non-IT sectors. Proven expertise in sourcing for industries like EPC, Oil & Gas, Facilities Management, and other business-related verticals.

• Work Setup:
• Must be comfortable working remotely from Cochin and collaborating with a Dubai-based team.
• High degree of self-motivation and accountability.
