Core Duties:

The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting experienced candidates for various roles within the organization. This position requires expertise in utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, and other social media to source high-quality candidates. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Actively hunt for qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, and other social media platforms to fill process executive and corporate roles.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates, industry contacts, and recruitment partners to enhance sourcing efforts.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through direct messaging and other communication channels to create interest in available positions.
• Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles and the company culture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
• Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and candidate pipeline status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing for experienced process executives and corporate roles.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings simultaneously.
