Duties and responsibilities:
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess the suitability of candidates.
• Coordinate and conduct reference checks.
• Sourcing to the candidates in different ways
• Work closely with Department Managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to Reporting manager.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to promote the organization.
• Continuously seek to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
