1- Candidate should have prior work experience in BISCUITS MANUFACTURING (good to have) or any food industry.
2- Having knowledge, Generic Quality Standard (ISO 9001:2015) and ISO 22000.
3- Should have knowledge of FSSAI and have done Food handler Training.
4 Can ensure product quality and safety of the plant
5- Have knowledge of LAB QUALITY TEST manufacturing process and other best practices of food industry
6- Know different regulation and other applicable compliance
7- They must have knowledge of Lab testing of (Food), like moisture, metal, nonmetal, materials and its items.
