Primary Function: To conduct the Microbiological analysis for Raw Material, Packing Material, In process product, Finished Product, Environmental Monitoring samples as per sample plan and conduct the test according to AN methods and BIS and report the results. Education: Post graduate in Microbiology / Dairy Microbiology with 3-5 years experience in food industry .
