o handle all production equipment\'s like Granulation Equipment\'s Capsule filling equipment\'s , Compression equipment\'s and coater.
To supervise daily production activity, productivity, cleaning and manpower utilization.
To chek and verify cleaning and operation of production area , equipments, instruments, containers, accessories rtc. as per their respective SOP and BMR.
To fill and check all documents like BMR, Log Book and other formats as per SOP.
To upkeep and maintain the area / equipment as per cGMP requirement.
To entrly online data in SAP
To prepare BMR , SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, protocols, bill of material, work order, consumption order etc.
To ensure GMP Practices.
To check and verify status label of area, equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, instruments, containers etc. as per their respective SOP
To control and minimize production loss during manufacturing activity.
To take trial after Preventive maintenance work of respective equipment.
To check and verify environment condition, pressure differential, calibration of balance and other metro logical instrument as per schedule time.
To check and verify handling of material management & all type of rejection as per GMP.
