Job Description
Position:Executive - ProductionLocation:Kheda - AhmedabadExperience:6 - 8 YearsIndustries:PharmaResponsibilities:
- Responsible only for supervision of people and Production output of overall Bulk Manufacturing section.
- Must have good Knowledge of managing people and shop floor workers, work study, efficiency, optimal motivation of workers and output.
- knowledge of machines useful but people management is key skill needed
- Maintain sustainability of accepted quality deliverance of manufacturing products.
- Coordinate with warehouse, Production and R& D on regular basis.
- Should possess experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Production Co-Ordination.
- Should be aware of chemical properties related to Cosmetics/Colour Cosmetics/Personal care Products
- Production Management.
- User knowledge in JD Edwards Added Advantage or Working Knowledge in any ERP software
- Good Interpersonal Skill.
