Job Role Executive - Product Marketing

Route Mobile is a leading global Communications Platform as a Service provider, catering to enterprises, over-the-top (OTT) players and mobile network operators (MNO). Our range of enterprise communication services includes smart solutions in Enterprise Messaging, Enterprise Voice, IP Messaging, Email Marketing & Mobile Identity. As part of our Telco solutions with a goal of Revenue Assurance, we offer SMS Filtering, Analytics & Monetization.
Location Mumbai / Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced product marketing professional who will work within the Product Marketing Team, and plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for all products and services.
This role requires a passionate, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach and provides the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the region in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, travel, financial services, and real estate, to name a few.
Key roles and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
• Lead & own the go-to-market strategy for all products & services in the company and execute new product launches.
• Create and execute portfolio and product positioning that is compelling, competitive and relevant across the customer lifecycle during their launch as well as in the product life cycle.
• Build use cases, client pitch decks, which relates to customers' business problems or opportunities to solutions from our product portfolio.
• Plan product marketing content briefs for listing our app in CRM platforms and work closely with the Corporate Marketing Team for branding, designing and promoting the same.
• Drive product launch programs and work with the product management team in planning, release, and go-to-market for product launches.
• Work with our regional offices and international teams to extract and provide market insights for each of our products and services within the local markets.
• Utilizing the insights gained from customers, business managers, and competitors, help tailor our offerings with a local context.
• Work jointly with Product Managers to identify needs and sharpen product offerings based on feedback from BMs, Customers, and Local Market Product Benchmarking
• Work closely with the in-house Marketing team for branding, designing, tracking social updates
Desired Skills & Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of B2B Product Marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
• An ability to understand overall business processes, basic technical concepts, and communicate concisely and articulately.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Excellent time management and leadership skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• MBA/PGDM
• Atleast 3 years of experience in Digital Communications
• Good understanding of Technology Products (digital communication a plus)
• Demonstrated ability of marketing technology products across geographies
• Demonstrated ability of re-marketing, cross selling and up selling
