Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for visual communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual aids, conducting opportunity analysis, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will collaborate with both internal teams and customers to provide strategic insights that drive business decisions and enhance sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Visual Aid Creation:- Design and develop high-quality, engaging visual presentations, including PowerPoint slides, infographics, product demos, and other visual communication materials.- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure visual aids align with product offerings, customer requirements, and brand guidelines.- Customize visual materials for specific client needs, ensuring clarity and impact.- Maintain a library of visual assets and templates for ongoing use in the sales cycle.Opportunity Analysis:- Analyze prospective client data to identify potential sales opportunities, trends, and challenges.- Conduct research to understand customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.- Provide insights to the sales team regarding account potential and the most effective approach to closing sales.- Assist in creating opportunity analysis reports, competitor assessments, and risk evaluations.Sales Support:- Collaborate with Sales Executives to define pre-sales strategy and target audiences.- Participate in customer-facing meetings and presentations to provide technical and product insights.- Assist in preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documentation.- Help prioritize and manage sales pipeline activities, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and communicated effectively.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Liaise with the product and technical teams to stay updated on product features and developments.- Work with the marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment between sales efforts and marketing initiatives.Continuous Improvement:- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices in sales enablement and opportunity analysis.- Recommend process improvements and innovations to enhance the pre-sales workflow and efficiency.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.- Proven experience in a pre-sales, sales enablement, or similar role.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint, Excel) and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a must.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail in visual design and messaging.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Desirable Skills:- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Leadsquare, etc.).- Familiarity with sales methodologies and opportunity management frameworks.- Knowledge of the healthcare landscape and customer challenges.Working Conditions:- Full-time position based out of Bangalore office.- This role might involve occasional travel.- Occasional overtime required during peak sales periods.
