An ideal candidate should be ready for the EA+PA work of the CEO along with handling admin dept of the office Calendar management for C suite Assisting CEO into his day-to-day activates Managing all work assigned by the CEO, personal and professional. Aid executive in preparing for meetings Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Taking charge of tasks with loyalty toward the organization and full responsibility for the completion of the assigned task Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned to you. Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form Arranging posts and deliveries, taking follow-ups etc . Maintenance of office infrastructure and sanitization Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR and assisting colleagues whenever necessary. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance Manage agendas/travel arrangements/ accommodations/ appointments etc. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Tracking and mongering the budgeting of administration dept.
