Urgent requirement Outside Sales ExecutiveRoles And Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively prospecting and qualifying potential clients in the Jaipur, Rajasthan, India area - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment requirements and providing suitable solutions - Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our recruitment services to potential clients - Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities - Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the sales process and improve client satisfaction Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business or a related field. - 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
