  • Identifying sales opportunities
  • Identifying and generating leads
  • Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound calls \xe2\x80\x93 Cold & warm calling
  • Understanding and promoting the company\xe2\x80\x99s services
  • Delivering professional sales pitches to potential clients, answering questions with the ability to move on roadblocks.
Maintaining Database
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
  • Working with the company\xe2\x80\x99s software to log customer interactions and maintain leads record.
  • Market research to develop warm leads.
Collaboration & Reports
  • Routing qualified leads to Business Development team by initiating appointments.
  • Maintaining all reports on cold calling /follow-ups.
