Job Summary:
He/she is responsible for efficient coordination with the Theatre Sales Team across India. The role involves generating approval and theatre agreement drafts based on templates, tracking and monitoring receipt of theatre agreement copies, confirming payment receipts, generating equipment dispatch requests, and following up on pending documents/approvals using ERP systems. The coordinator must work with cross-functional teams and communicate well with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: + Maintain effective communication with the Theatre Sales Team across India.
+ Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
+ Generate approval and theatre agreement drafts based on predefined templates.
+ Track and monitor the receipt of theatre agreement copies.
+ Track and confirm payment receipts.
+ Generate equipment dispatch requests and follow up on pending documents/approvals.
+ Use ERP systems for tracking and monitoring operations related to theatre installations.
+ Ensure all data is accurately entered and updated in the ERP system.
+ Create and share reports using MS Word and Excel.
+ Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Requirements: + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for report creation and sharing.
+ Prior experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.
+ Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
