1)Troubleshooting of SCCP/ Voice customer complaints and properly resolving the Service request in stipulated time to meet SLA. 2)Coordinating with Poi/ Poii partners and Vendors for resolving complaints. 3)Timely escalation to Poi/ Poii and Vendor partners to resolve the cases on time. 4) Ability to coordinate with cross functional teams. 5)Focus on maintaining SLA as per standard and strictly adhere to process.
