We prefer local candidates so that they can work in the local area and build a team for raising awareness in the local region.

Designation: Executive

• Working days : Monday to Saturday
• Office Timing : 10.00 am to 7.30 pm
• Salary: Rs. 10,000 to 12,000 P.M

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and execute various volunteering programs in locality and also handle virtual volunteering programs of behalf of NGO
• Volunteer Management & Volunteer mobilization in your city.
• Visit & shortlist beneficiaries in Communities, Schools, Colleges Bank, Government Office etc.
• Develop fundraising events to help raise money throughout the year.
• Cold calling donors for Donation and Maintaining Donor Relationship.
• Identifying & maintaining partnerships with Partner Organizations and corporate.
• Track, analyse data, prepare reports, and share with all relevant stakeholders
• Overall project management.
• Day-to-Day Operations.
• Help identify and implement creative solutions for any problems.

Preferred Education Qualification

• Graduate / Post Graduate degree

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills - English & Local Language.
• Prior volunteering experience would be an advantage .
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with volunteers, staff, beneficiaries, stakeholders and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel - locally (inter-city when required).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A deep understanding of the NGO's vision and goals
