Position: Domestic FIT (Hotel Reservations) - Executive/ Sr. Executive Location: Goregaon, Mumbai KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Arrange accommodation for corporates for domestic hotel booking. Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues. Research, and negotiate with hotels. Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations Receive and respond to incoming travel requests. Could perform special projects and assignments as directed Contracting & negotiating rates with suppliers, designing itineraries, costing & excellent in product knowledge & packages to domestic destinations. Coordination with sales & business development teams to understand market demand and product trends. ROLE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERABLES: Good knowledge of operations Must be a team player Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Need to handle corporate clients and sustain existing clients through CRM and engagement. Excellent communication skills.
