Role Descriptor DHL Express is looking for an Executive of Human Resource Department to join and lead our team. He/she will be responsible for supporting the management of the training and development framework and services that are aligned to the strategic plans of the organization and supports the DHL culture of a Learning Organization. Special focus to supplement DHL strategic intent to manage its talent pool & invest in resources accordingly. Role Details

  • Budgeted T/O in m or bn \xe2\x82\xac [2011]: Eur 239.69 million
  • Number of countries covered [2011]: 7 - India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, N\xc3\xa9pal, Pakistan & Sri Lanka.
  • No. Of FTEs [2011]: 2375 (7 DHLE countries combined)
  • Size of budget or assets in m or bn \xe2\x82\xac: BOA Eur 32.39 million
  • Expected profit of business in m or bn \xe2\x82\xac: Eur 56.26 million
Key Responsibilities He/she will have to perform the following key activities:
  • Head HRD:
Performance Management System: o Database administration and project management for annual appraisal cycle for the organization. o Technology support on systems and co-ordinate with technical vendors o Facilitate and Design communication for managers and employees. Talent Management & Career Planning: o Design and deploy talent management initiatives. o Database management and data retrieval for Talent Reviews. o Knowledge of Succession Planning o Managing Mentoring and Coaching programs LMS \xe2\x80\x93 Learning Management System: o IDP Management and Analysis: To support training needs analysis to determine the training requirements and design dashboards. o LMS system know how \xe2\x80\x93 Administration skills on LMS based system \xe2\x80\x93 Corner Stone o Instructional Design \xe2\x80\x93 Design and Develop content for workshops based on organizational need. o Facilitate Induction Programs: Program Manage and facilitate induction programs to enable new employees o Data Base management \xe2\x80\x93 Manage accurate MIS reporting and maintain quality data for accurate reporting. o Liaise to ensure high quality departmental training programs and on job training programs are organized.
  • Certified Facilitation:
o Qualify to facilitate certification programs
  • Functional Support :
o Support the functional training teams on CIS administrative requirements \xe2\x80\x93 budgeting / forecasting and reporting.
  • Budgets:
o Support the effective management of the budget through maintaining accurate records & processing services & seek opportunities to support savings.
  • Database Management:
o Knowledge of excellent database administration skills and data records management. o Effective monthly; quarterly and annual reporting on HR Metrics.
  • Events Management :
o Design and conceptualize events for WE, #OYL and CIS o Assist, facilitate and ensure accurate timely reporting & delivery of all initiatives. Skills Required
  • Advanced database management skills. (Advanced Excel, Power BI)
  • Program Management skills.
  • Technical Skills \xe2\x80\x93 LMS \xe2\x80\x93 Corner Stone
  • Workshop Facilitation skills. (excellent)

Profile Requirements (Experience/Certifications/Qualifications/Licenses)
  • 5+ years of relevant Learning & Talent/ Performance experience including hands-on work exposure to LMS platforms (e.g. Corner Stone).
  • MBA (HR) \xe2\x80\x93 (mandatory, full-time).
  • Certifications in specialized HR functional areas - (e.g: Instructional design, Talent Management, Assessment centers).
Profile Requirements (Experience/Certifications/Qualifications/Licenses)
  • 5+ years of relevant Learning & Talent/ Performance experience including hands-on work exposure to LMS platforms (e.g. Corner Stone).
  • MBA (HR) \xe2\x80\x93 (mandatory, full-time).
