• Managing the calls from the customer & supporting them over queries.
• Handling the projects/Sites
• Monitoring Assigned Sites & Attending alerts.
• Coordinate with site response team to resolve the alerts.
Skills & requirement
• Computer knowledge is must.
• Graduate in any field.
• Must be comfortable in English Communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift
Work Location: In person
