Job Description

• JOB PURPOSE


As a part of Maintenance- MMC Team , Preparing MIS, circulating all MIS related data to concerned material guardians, developing strategy for new system controls

• RESPONSIBILITIES


RESPONSIBILITIES ACTIVITIES



QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Preparation of MIS
• Preparation of Monthly MIS of inventory management
• Carrying our FSN analysis for stock items
• Monitor Blocked inventory status and follow up with end users
• Preparation of open TR/TO and reconciliation.
• Carrying our 3D, ERV ratio inventory analysis
• Monitor MMC transaction and prepare YOY basis comparative statement
• Carry out various inventory control analysis like XYZ, VED, FSN on regular basis


System Control & Automation
• Testing of all system controls on regular basis
• Prepare Process documentation of new development
• Identify potential risk area for system control
• Identify manual process for automation
• Development of Reports for inventory analysis
• Provide all input required by IT Department
• Quality Testing of all new development


RIMS Management
• Coordinate RIMS related activities in MMC
• Annual Review of SOP
• Preparation of RIMS objectives and Process plan
• Review of Management procedures
Closure of all RIMS Internal audit observation on time



System automation Explore automation possibility of Manual process


HSEF & Housekeeping
• Maintain all HSEF compliances in all activities and carry out in completely safe manner.
• Control the HSEF deviation to zero level during the complete process
• Carry out 5S activities on weekly basis in all areas
Providing regular safety instruction to all field supervisor and workmen



Co-ordination with internal and external stakeholders. Co-ordination with various internal departments, external vendors, service providers.


Team work and Management To work with Team of contractual workmen & supervisors




OHSMS HSEF - Care & Welfare: To achieve a safe and healthy work place.


Authority: To stop any unsafe job


Review of Safety Audit observations and firm up the course of actions for rectification


Based on recommendations of the Safety audit reports, incident reports & root cause analysis, Initiate plant change modifications to improve safety in operations


Monitor compliance with the controls


Identify opportunities for enhancing HSEQ performance


Ensure that all legal obligations are fulfilled within due time limits.


ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM "Systems, Policies & Procedures: To be accountable for implementation and improvement of the EMS systems, procedures & policies in respective functional operations. To ensure adherence to the all health, safety, and environment systems during all process activities


General awareness on Environment Management in Refinery Operations


Implementation of environment management procedures like Hazardous / Non Hazardous waste management.


EnMS 50001:2018 Energy Management systems ISO 50001:2018

Awareness about Energy policy- 50001:2018


Significant energy uses.



Energy objectives and Energy Management System.



Awareness about Energy policy, significant energy uses, Energy objectives and Energy Management System.



Monitoring and controlling of EnPIs, variables, baseline, Objective/ Targets & Management programs (Energy action plan) and Energy performance

Manage the team of 2-agency. staff 1-2 contractual workmen and material handling equipment operators




• SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE


• Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Diploma(Mechanical / Electrical) with min 7-9 years of Experience

• B. E (Mechanical / Electrical) with min 6-8 years of Experience
OR



• Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:
Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the field of MIS and documentation, 5S implementation , Invetnory control techniques preparation of TNI and Training calender etc. Thorough knowledge of SAP MM/ SAP DMS/ SAP WMS and SD module. Experince in developing process documents in New System contorl documents.





• Functional Skills:
• Woking knowledge of all MMC related compliances & MIS system
• Hands on experience for carrying our all SAP - MM, SAP SD & WMS Transactions.
• Sufficient knowledge of inventory management and monitoring
• Hands on experience for carrying our all SAP-MM, SAP SD & WMS Transactions.
• Sufficient exposure of Document management and control
Sufficient knowledge of inventory management and monitoring



• Behavioural Skills:
• Good verbal, written & Analytical skills communication
• Good inter & intra personal skills
• Good coordination skills with all related stakeholders
