We are searching for a diligent and professional legal and secretarial executive to join our Legal & Secretarial department. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring regular secretarial compliances and closing legal agreements. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the latest industry laws, procedures and regulations. Principal Accountability: • Drafting, vetting of agreement, negotiations & closing of partnerships.
• Ensure knowledge of all corporate laws for private companies including Companies Act and RBI regulations.
• Support for all secretarial functions including drafting minutes, agenda, notices etc. of meetings, minutes, e-filing of documents, maintaining and updating all statutory books, registers, records, all filings of forms, returns, documents and ensure all related compliances.
• Monitor changes in the legislative and regulatory environment and ensure appropriate dissemination of information and proactive actions to ensure timely compliances and safeguard company interests.
• Coordinate with external counsels and vendors.
Must Skill/experience - • Demonstrable experience in a company secretarial role and preferably good knowledge of the fintech and NBFC regulatory environment.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced organization and desire to pursue leading-edge governance standards.
• Experience in adopting processes for simplification or introduction of technology in delivery of automation.
• Brings a digital mindset to the delivery of work.
• Ability to carry out research independently and provide recommendations.
• Organized and able with an acceptable level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good commercial and business acumen.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.

Enabling Skill sets and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in law, Company Secretary or both.
• Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.

• Preferably working experience in an NBFC would be desirable.
• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
