Experience - 3+ YearsLocation - Gurgaon :- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Media and Space Selling Executive to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for amplifying sales of available media space for brand advertisements across our office spaces. - They will have the opportunity to work with diverse ad spaces such as Digital TV Screens, Signages, In-App Banners, Pop-Up Spaces, Elevator Frames, large-scale campus Flea Markets, lift branding, and more. This role requires travel across locations.Responsibilities :- Identify and prospect potential clients including advertising agencies, production houses, and brands.- Onboard various agencies for monthly brand promotions across domains- Conduct cold calling and pitching to agencies to present advertising opportunities across our office spaces.- Negotiate and close deals for brand promotions, ensuring maximum revenue generation.- Coordinate on-ground activities and logistics with internal teams for the smooth execution of incoming advertising campaigns.- Explain pricing costs and advertising packages to potential clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.- Maintain and update records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Requirements :- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or related field.- Established network of clients and agency- preferred, not mandatory- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
